Aquablasting strips these layers evenly across the entire surface — including ribbing, mating faces and internal cavities — with no aggressive chemistry and no mechanical abrasion.

Wet blasting does not touch the dimensions of gears or bearing seats, so once cleaned the part can be measured, assessed and reassembled straight away. Media and water circulate in a closed loop, keeping the process clean, repeatable and cost-effective even for batch restoration.
